PACT Apparel

PACT Apparel(women’s hipsters in redwood and charcoal heather + leggings in festival floral granite)

When I first discovered PACT Apparel, the way I thought about my underwear changed forever. In my efforts to live a natural, healthy life, I had never considered that my undergarments could be having just as much effect on my body as foods I eat, the makeup I wear, and the soap I use. Our skin absorbs whatever we put on it and that includes toxins from the chemicals in the materials and dyes of our clothing. Since underwear covers a particularly sensitive area of the body and those chemicals have an even great chance of causing issues such as hormone disruptions and infertility, it’s even more important to wear only safe, healthy underwear.

Unlike the Nutrition Labels on our food that are required to list each and every ingredient, garments don’t come with a list of the chemicals it contains. As a result, it’s a much better choice to purpose to purchase from brands that are committed to avoiding synthetic fibers and those nasty chemicals that can jeopardize our health.

PACT Apparel is one of those brands. They use only non GMO, Organic Cotton with absolutely no toxic pesticides. Also, PACT is proud to be Fair Trade Certified and all of their clothing is sweatshop free and is made without the use of child labor. They support family-run farms and the use of renewable energy. Does it get any better than that?

PACT is obsessed with a big idea: super soft organic cotton that makes the world a better place. Socks with soul, altruistic underwear, and other everyday essentials ethically manufactured with fabrics that feel good and go easy on the environment. Sounds good? Oh it is. PACT Apparel | About

PACT Apparel(boy short in sagebrush + hipster in redwood + bikini in painted poppies)

I had been wearing (and loving!) PACT’s Boy Shorts for a while now so I was so excited when they offered to send me a few more items to try. They sent me two more styles of underwear; Hipsters and Bikini. In addition, they also sent me a pair of their Full-Length Leggings and a Shelf Bra Camisole. (Note: I will NOT be underwear modeling today.)

PACT Boy Shorts(boy shorts in sagebrush, charcoal stripe, and folkloric)

Since giving everything a try and wearing and washing all of the items several times, I can report that I love everything, but the Boy Shorts are still the stars of the show. These are the perfect undies that don’t ride up and provide awesome coverage. They’re cute too. (No granny-panties here!) Everything washes well and is comfy all during the day with no tugging and no wedgies. I had read some reviews about PACT’s underwear running small, but I haven’t found that to be the case at all. I ordered everything in a size medium and it all fits perfectly except for the camisole which is very snug. It’s a fantastic tight layering piece or it’s great for doing yoga at home, but if you’re looking to wear the camisole on its own, I’d recommend ordering a size up.

These are also the softest leggings I’ve ever worn and I never want to take them off.
They’re perfect for lounging around the hotel room.
(I wore PACT Apparel’s black leggings on my trip to the Badlands)

PACT Apparel(men’s boxer briefs in heather gray and navy)

My husband has been wearing and loving PACT Apparel’s Undershirts for the past few months and they were generous to send him some of their Boxer Briefs to try. Again. We’re not modeling. He’s glad to have two more pairs of underwear to add to the rotation (because doing laundry in hotels is a chore we constantly put off) but due to the construction and seam placement, they weren’t a good fit for him.

PACT undies and undershirts are the best, aren’t they? =] I recently bought a racerback tank which sadly didn’t work out for me, but that’s hardly their fault…I’m not at my normal size these days. =P I was able to pass it along to Blair and I’m looking forward to trying out their tees once I’m back in regular sizing.

    • Yes they are! The undies are the best ever – so soft and they don’t ride up in any weird or uncomfortable ways. =] I haven’t tried their tanks or tees (Everlane tees are still my favorites) but maybe I’ll give them a try when the ones I’m currently wearing on repeat start to look too tired. Been thinking of you, friend! Miss you. (hug)

  • OMG, those leggings need to be in my life!

    • Yes! They are the softest leggings ever! Just as an FYI, I own the black leggings too and I love them, but they aren’t as soft as the patterned ones.

  • They look like such amazing quality! Definitely need those leggings!

    • They are the best leggings and PACT has so many other prints too. Good news, though, that you can use the 25% off code this week to get a pair for autumn layering! 🙂

These look so cute! What a fun post. What you put on your skin is just as important as what you put in your body.

    • Yes! Our skin absorbs what we put on it so it is just as important! Thanks for stopping by, Taylor! 🙂

  • These look so comfortable AND fashionable! I love finding products that care about the impact of our environments, and don’t require me to sacrifice look and feel.

    • Well, then these are the products you’ve been looking for! They are comfy, cute, and are causing a positive chance in the world we live in.

  • Neely

Those are so cute!! I love them!

  • Their underwear has gotten cute! I tried a pair of leggings a few years ago from Pact and wasn’t the biggest fan but might need to try some of their other products.

    • Their underwear is so cute! The leggings have been different for me: the printed ones are the softest and they fit oh-so-perfectly. I ordered the black ones though and they aren’t nearly as soft and I wish I had ordered a size up. Otherwise, the quality is still superb and the patterned leggings are the most lovely things I’ve ever worn.

  • These are so cute!! I’ve never heard of Pact before! thanks for sharing them with us!
