The color yellow is amazing. It’s a color that radiates sunshine, joy, intellect, and energy. 108 is the Pantone color for a bright and sunny yellow.
Now, about the Yellow 108 company.
It’s located in Los Angeles (a city that will always be home to me) and utilizes textile waste to sustainably create high-quality headwear from recycled materials. Their line of headwear changes depending on what materials are accessible to them at any given time and that makes each one of their hats beautifully unique.

I had spent a lot of time searching for the perfect sustainably and ethically made fedora for my winter capsule wardrobe. That’s when I found it. The Eastwood Fedora. Crafted from 100% Merino Wool. Using Salvaged leather. Made in the USA. Inspired by classic Americana western films, this hat is incredible. You can pack it, crush it, bunch it and it will still return to its original shape. It’s also water repellant, comfortable, and warm. I know that this hat is going to be my companion on many adventures and future travels and, if you’re looking for that perfect fedora, check out Yellow 108. They have such a variety of styles and colors, you’ll find the perfect one for you. Oh, and definitely be sure to add one of these to your suitcase the next time you go globetrotting.
I was not paid nor was I compensated in any way for this review.
The hat was purchased by myself and all opinions are my own.
It is my goal to highlight ethical and sustainable brands that are viable options for conscious shopping.
